Attracted by the very pronounced, clean and sweet cup combined with strong stone fruit flavors, Trabocca went through the long and hazardous journey to Sasaba washing station.
At Sasaba washing station, the red cherries are produced in the area surrounding the washing station and are collected throughout September - December
Cherries are processed on-site and fermented for about 48-72 hours before they are placed on the drying beds for around 15-20 days.
This coffee finally arrived at our doorstep, we roast and cup them and are very pleasantly surprised by the quality. This coffee reminds us of peach, strawberry and passion fruit, with rose aroma and a juicy body.
